ReplyDeleteI think it was already made by AXA insurer 2 years ago in France with exactly the same mechanism, finishing by "AXA, réinventons notre métier". Interesting to notice that in both cases, the change of perspective seemed to be really necessary to switch to a more positive brand image... Link bellow. Take care. Nathaël
